1. Delivery Within Nairobi CBD

We offer same-day delivery for all orders within the CBD region.
Delivery cost within CBD is KES 350.
Orders placed after the 5:00 PM cut-off time will be delivered the next day.

2. Delivery Outside Nairobi CBD

Delivery outside the CBD costs KES 500.
Delivery time outside CBD is within 24 hours, depending on the specific location.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next day.

3. Order Processing

All orders confirmed before 5:00 PM are processed on the same day.
Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Procedure

Once your order is processed:

• Our team will contact you to confirm the delivery location and delivery time
• The rider will deliver the item to your provided address
• You may be required to provide your order number or confirmation message upon delivery

5. Delays

Delivery times may be affected by unexpected factors such as weather, traffic, or courier availability.
If any delay occurs, our team will notify you promptly.
