Refunds & Returns Policy — Zanasoko Tools

Thank you for shopping with Zanasoko Tools. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled when you purchase from zanasoko.co.ke or our physical store.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You may return eligible products within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.
    Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Consumables (e.g., bits, blades, lubricants)

  • Items marked “No Return” at the time of purchase

4. Defective Products

If a product is defective upon arrival:

  • We will inspect the item

  • If approved, you may choose a replacement, exchange, or full refund
    Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method

  • Delivery or shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

You may exchange an item for another product of equal value.
If the new item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference.

8. Store Purchases

Returns for in-store purchases must be made directly at our physical shop with the original receipt.

We may update this policy occasionally. Any updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
