5. Orders & Confirmation

    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if incorrect information is provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within Nairobi CBD is same-day at a fee of KES 350.
Delivery outside CBD costs KES 500, with delivery completed within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

7. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible products within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage and duration depend on the specific product and manufacturer terms.
Misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repairs void any warranty.
